SUMMER CAMP

FOR GIRLD AND BOYS

AGES 11-16

We are So excited to start registration for Summer Camp 2023! Please read this email in full

because it contains important information regarding registration. Registration will take place via our

online process and the links to fill out each form will be included in this email.

Your family has the opportunity to register for Summer Camp NOW. Registration will be made widely

available to those who live in Cambridge. We will first allow registration for those who live in our

Southwood neighbourhoods. Registration is limited so please fill out all the forms

This years day camp is free so there will be no fees for registration. We will provide a full nut free

lunch and snacks for our participants.

● Please note that all summer camps will be mostly outdoors. With this being said, we will

have options to shelter in place in case of thunderstorms or any other inclement weather.

● The age groups will be as follows:

○ Summer Day be prepared camp ages 4-10.

○ Black Girl Excellence Empowerment ans Wellness camp Ages 11-16

● Cleaning/ sanitizing protocols provided by health authorities will be strictly followed.

● We will work alongside all public health authorities and follow all guidelines, as they are

updated. However, we CAN NOT guarantee that your child will not come into contact with

COVID-19 while in the program.

2. Once all information is complete, we will send you a response via email and you are ready

to go. If by chance the camp becomes full we will place your childs name on a waiting list.

If a spot becomes available we will contact you.

NOTE: All registrations will be processed in the date and time order in which the e-mails / forms

arrive. Please be patient if you do not hear back from us immediately.
