Conversations for Community Care: Black Men's Mental Health

Join Porchlight Counselling and Addiction Services for another event in our Conversations for Community Care series. Working alongside Rhythm and Blues Cambridge, we will be hosting an evening on the topic of Black Men's Mental Health at the end of November.

Join us for an information session where our speakers will share trends in Black Men's Mental Health in our community and individuals will share their own personal challenges around this topic. This event is designed to encourage our community to learn more about how we can better support Black Men's Mental Health. This session is open to anyone in the community who wants to understand Black men's lived experiences. While we will have registered therapists presenting, this is not a substitute for psychotherapy, and is meant to be educational.

This event will take place on Thursday November 30th from 6-8 PM at the Old Post Office location of Idea Exchange. Light refreshments will be provided.
