Build a Box Menstruation Equity and Education Event

Let’s talk about periods.

Our bodies do so much for us and it’s important that we know how to take care and give back to our beautiful selves. It’s also important to have spaces where you can safely ask questions and educate yourself on how YOU function .

We invite you to join us for our weekend Build-A-Box event series! Come learn about menstrual equity and menstrual health in a youth and culturally sensitive space. As we navigate these topics with our partners from SHORE and Changing the Flow, you will be creating your own personal period box that you can take home with you!

The first event is April 16 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm at 200 Christopher dr.

We will mainly be focusing on education and knowledge about periods, health, and products while beginning to build your box!

The second event is April 23 from 2:00 pm- 4:00 pm at 200 Christopher dr.

This day will be more of a celebration where you will complete your period box, win prizes, learn, have fun, and connect !

These events are for youth ages 10-16.
